In terms of capacity, different projects call for different skill sets to be available in suitable quantities as the project demands. DFC typically assigns a project manager who will also be the main client interface over the entire project. It has long been our feeling that the PM should also do the estimating (that way there are no holes in the assembly of the project).
During the construction, a full-time superintendent usually will be on site monitoring the day-to-day construction activities from both a scheduling and quality control perspective. Like the PM, he is with you from start to finish.
As another set of eyes, David Fickler (Owner/Manager) visit all our sites every other week to make sure things stay on track! D. Fickler Construction is with you from day one to punch list completion and right through any warranty calls or repairs. It is what we call a “womb to tomb” relationship!
